WASHINGTON, D.C. - Chairman Frank H. Murkowski on Wednesday will appear at a press conference announcing the formation of the Energy Stewardship Alliance, a non-profit organization advocating federal government approval of energy exploration in the Arctic coastal plain of Alaska, and a balanced national energy policy. Inupiat natives that live in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge will be answering questions after the press conference, as will representatives from the state of Alaska.
