SENATE ENERGY COMMITTEE ANNOUNCES SCHEDULE FOR WEEK OF OCTOBER27

Washington, D.C. – The Subcommittees on National Parks and Water & Power will each be conducting one hearing.
The Subcommittee on National Parks will hold a hearing to receive testimony Thursday, October 30, at 10:00 a.m. in SD-366 on the following four bills:
S.1241, a bill to establish the Kate Mullany National Historic Site in the State of New York;
S. 1364, a bill to amend the Alaska National Interest Lands Conservation Act to authorize the payment of expenses after the death of certain Federal employees in the State of Alaska;
S. 1433, a bill to authorize the Secretary of the Interior to provide assistance in implementing cultural heritage, conservation, and recreational activities in the Connecticut River watershed of the States of New Hampshire and Vermont;
S.1462, a bill to adjust the boundary of the Cumberland Island Wilderness to authorize tours of the Cumberland Island National Seashore.
