Ø Tuesday, Dec. 18, the full committee will consider the nomination of Jon Wellinghoff of Nevada to be a member of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, for the term expiring June 30, 2013. (Dirksen 366 at 10:30 a.m.)
Weekly Bonus …
This week’s bonus – the final text of the energy bill – is especially satisfying for all of us who work for Chairman Bingaman. After the House approves the bill next week, it will go to President Bush for signature. No one said it would be easy, but we did it: 86-8!
