On Wednesday, March 7, the full Committee will hold an oversight hearing to examine market constraints on large investments in advanced energy technologies and to explore ways to stimulate additional private sector investment in the deployment of these technologies. Invited witnesses will include Dan Reicher, director, Energy and Climate Initiatives, Google; Elon Musk, chairman, Tesla Motor Co.; Michael Liebreich, co-founder and CEO, New Energy Finance; Jerome Peters, senior vice president, TD Banknorth Project Finance; and John Denniston, partner, Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers.
