Ø On Thursday, Feb. 12, the full committee will receive testimony on the current state of the Department of Energy Loan Guarantee Program and how the delivery of services to support the deployment of clean energy technologies might be improved. Witnesses include Kevin Book, senior analyst, Friedman Billings Ramsey & Co., Arlington, VA.; David Frantz, director, loan guarantee program, U.S. Department of Energy; Alexander Karsner, distinguished fellow, Council on Competitiveness; other witnesses TBA.
