Posted below is a Joint Staff Discussion Draft addressing the cyber security of the bulk-power system and electric infrastructure. It is intended to serve as the legislative basis for discussion among lawmakers and stakeholders. The Committee on Energy and Natural Resources intends to hold a hearing on electric sector cyber security in early May.
