FYI … the committee’s field hearing in Vermont on gasoline prices, originally scheduled for today, has been moved to Monday, Aug. 6 at 2:00 p.m. It will still be held in the Contois Auditorium in the Burlington City Hall (149 Church St., Burlington, VT). Details on witnesses will be available closer to the hearing date.
Bonus …
A key committee colleague has bid adieu to accept an awesome new job. Scott Miller has been hired by the University of Colorado School of Law as acting director of the Natural Resources Law Center and a visiting assistant professor. Miller served as a senior counsel under Chairman Bingaman, where he worked primarily on forest and public lands issues.
