The Senate Energy and Natural Resources Subcommittee on Public Lands, Forests, and Mining will hold an oversight hearing to receive testimony on the Bureau of Land Management’s proposed rule, entitled “Waste Prevention, Production Subject to Royalties, and Resources Conservation,” published in the Federal Register on February 8, 2016.
