Full Committee Hearing to Examine Interstate Delivery Networks for Natural Gas and Electricity

The full committee hearing will be held on Thursday, July 12, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. EDT in Room 366 of the Dirksen Senate Office Building in Washington, DC.

The purpose of the hearing is to consider the policy issues facing interstate delivery networks for natural gas and electricity – What are the primary challenges and opportunities for energy delivery networks and their customers today? Will investment in building or upgrading pipelines, electric transmission lines, and other infrastructure keep pace with energy needs? How are federal regulators responding?  

The hearing will be webcast live on the committee’s website, and an archived video will be available shortly after the hearing concludes. Witness testimony will be available on the website at the start of the hearing.
