Business Meeting To Consider Pending Legislation and Pending Nominations
The business meeting will be held on Thursday, November 18, 2021, at 10:00 a.m., in Room 366 of the Dirksen Senate Office Building in Washington, D.C.
The purpose of the business meeting is to consider pending legislation on the below agenda items. The Committee will also consider the agenda items from the business meeting previously scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 16, 2021, in Room SD-366 of the Dirksen Senate Office Building.

Agenda Item 1: The nomination of Laura Daniel-Davis to be an Assistant Secretary of the Interior (Land and Minerals Management).
- The motion to report Ms. Daniel-Davis’ nomination resulted in a tied vote. Chairman Manchin will notify the Secretary of the Senate of the tie vote, after which the Senate Majority Leader may move to discharge the nomination so that, if agreed to, the nomination can be placed on the Senate Executive Calendar.
Agenda Item 2: The nomination of Sara Bronin to be Chairman of the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation.
