The business meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 4, 2024, at 10:00 am in Room 366 of the Dirksen Senate Office Building in Washington, DC.
The purpose of the business meeting is to consider the nominations of:
- Mr. David Rosner to be a Member of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission for a term expiring June 30, 2027, vice Richard Glick, term expired;
- Ms. Lindsay S. See to be a Member of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission for a term expiring June 30, 2028, vice James P. Danly, term expired;
- Ms. Judy W. Chang to be a Member of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission for a term expiring June 30, 2029, vice Allison Clements, term expiring.
