The hearing will be held on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at 9:30 am in room 366 of the Dirksen Senate Office Building in Washington, DC.

The purpose of the hearing is to consider the nominations of:

• Ms. Leslie Beyer to be Assistant Secretary of the Interior, Lands and Minerals Management;
• Dr. Andrea Travnicek to be Assistant Secretary of the Interior, Water and Science;
• Mr. Theodore Garrish to be Assistant Secretary of Energy, Nuclear Energy; and
• Mr. Tristan Abbey to be Administrator of the Energy Information Administration. 

The hearing will be webcast live on the Committee’s website, and an archived video will be available shortly after the hearing concludes. Witness testimony will be available on the website at the start of the hearing.
